Pastoral Staff
The purpose of leadership at Great Expectations Ministries COGIC is to equip, empower, and exemplify Christ-centered leadership that advances the Kingdom of God through service, stewardship, and spiritual maturity. Our leaders are called to be vision carriers, servant-leaders, and faith-filled examples who guide others into deeper relationship with Christ and effective ministry impact.
Leadership is essential because:
- We are called to lead by example (1 Peter 5:2–3). Biblical leadership is not about titles, but about transformation. Leaders model Christ’s love, character, and commitment in all they do.
- Leaders shape culture and vision. God entrusts leaders with the responsibility of cultivating a Spirit-led, faith-driven, and unified ministry environment.
- Spiritual leadership multiplies discipleship. When leaders walk in their divine calling, they raise up others to do the same (2 Timothy 2:2).
- Kingdom advancement requires clarity and commitment. God uses obedient, prepared leaders to accomplish His divine plans in the earth. At Great Expectations Ministries, we don’t just fill roles—we fulfill purpose.
