BLESSED TO BE A BLESSING

Purpose of Sowing a Seed in Ministries like Great Expectations Ministries:
  1. Act of Faith and Obedience:
Sowing a seed demonstrates faith in God’s provision and obedience to biblical principles of giving (e.g., Luke 6:38, 2 Corinthians 9:6–8).
  2. Support of Ministry Work:
Financial seeds help fund the ministry’s activities, such as outreach programs, church services, missions, media broadcasts, and community support.
  3. Expectation of Harvest:
Many who sow seeds do so with the belief that God will return their offering in the form of blessings—financial, spiritual, health, or family breakthroughs—based on the principle of sowing and reaping (Galatians 6:7–9).
  4. Partnership with Vision:
Donors often see themselves as partners in the ministry’s vision and purpose, helping to fulfill the calling and mission the ministry claims.
  5. Personal Breakthrough or Need:
People may sow a seed tied to a specific prayer request or personal struggle, believing the act of giving will activate divine intervention.

Honor The Lord with thy substance, and with the first fruit of all thine increase: So shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy presses shall burst out with new wine. Ps. 3: 9-10
