Evangelist Pamela F. Dowell

Evangelist Dowell was born and raised in Covington, TN where she is best known for her powerful preaching and Evangelism.
     After graduating from Draughons College in Memphis, TN, she moved to Gainesville, Ga in 1995.
She has two wonderful children, Damian and Shantel. Three adorable grandchildren: Jahleel, Maleah, and Lyric.
     She accepted her call to ministry under the ministry of Full Bible Gospel led by Bishop Garfield Hart.
     She has ministered throughout the United States, Malaysia, Singapore, Bangkok, and Thailand.
     Evangelist Pamela has served as a National Adjutant and assisted the Assistant Executive Secretary for the General Board of the Church of God in Christ. Under the Leadership of now Bishop Arthur Mosley, she served Cathedral of Faith as:
• Lead adjutant for First Lady Sheila Mosley
• President of the Medical Ministry
• Pastor’s Aide Committee Member
• Under the North Central GA Jurisdiction, she served as:
• Lead Sister Adjutant
• Assistant Elect Lady of Evangelism
Evangelist Pamela Dowell is the:
• CEO of Believing Through Faith Kingdom Workers Ministry
• Founder of “I Gave God Me” Ministry
• Creator of a medical ministry comedy where she is now traveling the U.S using comedy to spread the word of God in the role as “Mother Hattie, the Church Mother”
     Evangelist Pamela Dowell has been the keynote speaker for several women’s conventions and conferences and was a cast member of the #1 urban gospel play “Church Mess/ Family Mess” starring Carl Anthony Payne (“Cole” from the Martin Lawrence Show).
     Currently, she is the District Missionary for the Progressive Judah District and Overseer for the “Back to the Altar Ministry.”
     Her message of faith has touched the hearts and minds of the young and the old, the willing and the unwilling, the rich and the poor, the saved and the unsaved. Pam is a Woman of God that is dedicated to giving God all the Glory with a heart that simply says, “use me.”
